All Spa Guests are required to check in at the Spa Desk upon arrival and upon departure.
For treatments scheduled 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM please arrive no more than 1 hour prior to ensure the enjoyment of the spa amenities for all guests. For treatments scheduled 5:30 PM or later please arrive no earlier than 4:00 PM. All services will finish on time to allow our next guests their full treatment.

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

The Resting Area, and Aqua Terrace are never meant to be monopolized by one group of guests nor used as an event space – it is for the use of all guests. The level of noise or activity by a group in any of the spa areas should never impact other guests.

The use of the steam room and whirlpool is a beneficial part of your spa experience but should be used in moderation. Proper usage time will vary due to individual health considerations.

Swimsuits are required when using the Aqua Terrace whirlpool.
