Reiki & Restorative Yoga Workshop

Sandy & Meredith will be co-leading this hour and a half experience to include Reiki Treatment, therapeutic placing of heated pink Himalayan Sea Salt Stones, and Restful & Restorative Yoga poses.

Reiki is an energy healing modality, where the practitioner channels energy to the receiver by means of hand on (or off) placement to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. You will be guided through very gentle and supported yoga postures utilizing props provided and receive meditative guidance to deepen your experience of presence and self-inquiry. The Himalayan Sea Salt Stones will assist in reducing stress, improve circulation and relieve physical pain providing an overall feeling of health and well-being.

Guests should come dressed in comfortable clothing and prepare to be immersed in a fully relaxing yet rejuvenating experience. All props will be provided.
